How to Play Guess the Flag

Choose a region (All Countries, Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, South America, or Oceania), a guess type, and how many answer choices (2, 4). Click Start Game. You have 3 minutes to answer as many questions as you can.

Guess types

  • Flag – You see a flag and pick the correct country name from the options.
  • Name – You see a country name and pick the correct flag from the options.
  • Mixed – Questions alternate between flag and name.

Scoring and timer

Each correct answer is 5 points. The timer starts at 3:00 when you start the game. When time runs out, the quiz ends and your total score is shown.

Rules

  • Pick one answer per question. Green = correct, gray = wrong.
  • After the quiz ends, you can start a new game with different settings.
